How to make famous Russian Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
For Cookies:
100g All Purpose Flour
50g Cocoa Powder
4 Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 tsp of Ginger Powder
1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 Pinch Salt
220g Sugar
35g Sunflower Oil
1 Egg Yolk
250g All Purpose Flour
5g Baking Soda
15g Baking Powder
250ml Milk

For Glaze:
1 Egg White
150g Icing Sugar
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
