Usually people would soak liver in milk to partially get rid of the irony taste of the liver but, since this is a very high quality product I don’t know if that’s necessary. Just a heads up for anyone attempting this recipe with a lower quality product

How would you describe eating liver? The texture seems very smooth and gooey like and I’ve never tried anything similar to it. As always great video!

Personally I would soak in milk first, would also add a bit of flour before frying the liver, gives it a bit of a crust and also a thickener for the sauce.

Looks awesome. I can cook veggies no problem but when it comes to meat I always mess it up somehow with either the flavoring or the cooking part. So I don’t trust myself to make this buuuut I would if I could!

I've never had liver and onions specifically, but fried chicken liver is a favorite of mine.

Thinly sliced onions, those aren’t julienned, sounds fancy but the terms gotta match the correct slicing size
