Vanilla and Honey Ice Cream

What do you do when it's so hot outside and you just need ice cream? You can buy it, of course, but you can also make your own, healthier version. Freezing part aside, you can make it in no time. Flavor some milk with vanilla, heat and mix it with eggs, honey, and more milk, freeze, garnish and serve.
