i just realized that the video quality stays in SD the first hourish of uploading🥹 if you want to wait for HD, it finishes processing about an hour after upload!! sorry guys i didnt know.. is this normal??

Always love your vlog. WOW your travel benefits are awesome. When I worked for Pan Am I had to do my own planing, flying standby and hoping to make it back in time. Now granted I was an A & P in LAX and MIA, still I loved my job and the travel benefits.
Melatonin is natural your body makes it but if you take it often your body will make less and less of it, so take it only when you need it.

Melatonin is available in multiple dosages so you should be able to find what works for you. I use less than 1mg (300 mcg, 0.3mg).

How was LOFT since your first session got cancelled? Were you able to get in the SIM the following day? By the way Esther, very important is Hydration plenty of water to help combat jet lag.
