I been using one of these for about 15yrs now

But, I only use it too fix my blunt secateurs or the front edge of a shovel or root cutting spade or my machete when I'm up a ladder or deep in brambles etc, great for an emergency fix but I know that if I've been working my tools hard enough to have to use it, they're gonna need a proper ort out on the diamond stone when I get home

Im predicting it works just as well as anything else that's harder than steel. The problem I had was the guy zippin it across the apex at 9 different angles and acting like it was sharper than the factory bevels.

I knew this guy was a snake oil salesman. He never sharpens any good steel. In one video he sharpened a ZT with S30v and he was like that's a hard steel then i saw he did a
Spyderco pm3 in s35 them are the only knives that he sharpens that are worth a dam. And I also noticed that he always at some small gun show. Never a knife show. I like to see him get a booth at blade show boy wouldn't that be something to see.

Every tungsten carbide sharpener I’ve ever used has damaged my blades. If I’m away from my TSprof Pioneer system I have a Worksharp field sharpener with diamond plates that gets the job done in a pinch.

They are all yard tool sharpener sharpens best just shaped it very slightly differently, and started telling people it was made specifically for knives they have been around as long as ur grandpa tho, and you need to be real careful with your knives because they will remove a lot more material than you think

it would have 1 good use, as a fero rod striker but i got a corona carbide sharpener for that .. not that i would buy it for that anyway you can see it's just a plastic body
