just a side note, despite having a higher rating in dex scaling, morgott’s cursed sword will actually get more AR from pumping arcane instead. this generally applies to all special bleed weapons where despite having a lower arcane scaling rating, it actually gets more AR versus putting points into dex/strength, as well as increasing bleed buildup

My build is similar but digs a little more into faith. Tried my hardest to squeeze the most hybrid build I could on what is my first playthrough. My second will be more specialized but this build slaps. You don’t need 80 arcane for it to be super effective. I’m running a 45 dex/30 fth/40 arc split and I can hit like a truck with melee and meet reqs for some nasty incantations that melt enemies w the dragon communion seal.

Finally, a build I thought of on my own before being featured on here or RageGamingVideos. I've been using this combo for a couple weeks now. Super fun. Now to wait and see how long it takes before they discover my other character's triple axe bleed, poison, frostbite combo build :D

I use both this and bloodhound for a double sword arcane build with a lot of mobility. I also combine with destined death debuffs from the dagger and malikeths incantation

40 total vigor + soreseal debuff on a melee build? That's a big no-no, you'll die in 2 hits, and besides you don't need to invest 100 points into damage stats, 80 is enough.
I suggest replacing the soreseal with Erdtree's Favor if you want more HP and stamina and relocate about 20 points from dex to vigor (and strength so you can wield the sword, of course).

I think dual wielding this with the ice curved g sword would add a liddle umpf to this build. And since you deal fire dmg you can cancel the frostbite debuff

ik this is a late comment but ive been lvl 137 for a while now, i dont deal that much dmg, i take it i can just copy your stats and just upgrade cursed blade?

P.s your videos are good, but you really need to work on only showcasing ashes of war when showing weapons ppl want to know about regular attacks, move sets damage from light and heavy attacks how the weapon does with stagger agaisnt enemys ppl dont just spam ashes the whole playthrough it just leaves ppl with the same questions they came to watch the video fir to begin with not hatting you do give alot of great info and suggestions but we care about the actual weapon and not just the ash i usually maybe use a ash of war 25-30 times during a 65 hr playthrough hitting all the areas and alot of ppl play the same way relying on thier skill with a weapon and never relying on ashes of war alone

I has this sword at plus 9 and damage wasnt great ive heard ppl say that lvling arcane helps damage even tho the arcane scalling is supposed to not be as good i want to give it another try tho due to it being so cool but when i did 20 arc and 65 dex it wasnt too impressive compared to other weaoons like bloodhound witch also has bleed
