►Our polyphenolic olive oil is produced from unripe organically grown green olives, which are harvested a few hours before the olive oil is produced.
We produce it in our olive press, in a traditional way and with the knowledge of our many years of experience, using the method of cold extraction. With this way we achieve the preservation of all its valuable organoleptic characteristics.

It is characterized by its fruity unique taste and the slight burning in the throat, which also proves the presence of polyphenols.

📌Oleocanthal and Oleasin are two of the most important polyphenols, which are observed in very high levels in our olive oil.
Specifically, it contains Oleocanthal: 503 mg/kg and Oleasin: 144 mg/kg and Total number of Polyphenols: 749 mg/kg

Oleasin has attracted the interest of researchers internationally, because it is the most powerful antioxidant component of olive oil.

⚕️ IN HUNDREDS OF RESEARCH, POLYPHENOLS HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH VARIOUS HEALTH BENEFITS:

✅ Polyphenols reduce the risk of heart disease, mainly due to their antioxidant properties. Antioxidants help reduce chronic inflammation, the primary risk factor for heart disease.
