I love my signo uniball white gel pen, but one thing I’ve found is that if you try to use to cover up black line art mistakes, especially ball point pen, it can go in looking opaque but dry kind of translucent with a heavy blue color

lol my pens and pencils are mostly pilot or uni mitsubishi, but mainly because they're super available here in the phils. They're pretty good brands, and what I like about the uni pens the most is that they're waterproof and archival, or at least most of them are.

Love those waterbrushes... it changed my watercolor use completely, it makes it so much more usable outside and on the go.

I love some of these art supplies, but, I wish they made mechanical pencil lead in dark brown since that is one of the very best drawing colors. In fact, a range similar to Conte crayons would attract more artists to this medium.

Kuretake are my favourite brand for pens. Their Bimoji Fude Pens are perfect for Kanji practise before switching to a brush and ink stick for Shodo.

Platinum carbon black pen with Carbon Black Ink is the best product I have ever used for line and wash. Extra fine tip, lightfast, waterproof, works great with watercolors. Japan makes excellent art supplies.

the Akashiya Sai waterbrush pens are some of my favorite brush pens, and I tend to stay away from brush pens in general.... And they last me, too. The colors are so vibrant and beautiful as well~
