I like this test as it challenges my ability to string together more rests regarding leg length discrepancy, so that it may be difficult to understand this test at times, especially if the reverse posture happens when the patient stands up, the patient may have a longer right leg when lying in supine position, and may show and anteriorly rotated right innominate bone, but when standing the ileum is sloped down to the right indicating it is shorter, this gets into possible up slips and other interesting bio mechanical testing, so it's a nice one to do just for the sake of doing it to challenge the mind to really figure out what's going on.
