I use WISE an love it! The interface digitally and cool videos like the one above enhance the whole experience by simplifying the system beautifully. I don't feel like I am needing to learn to fly an A380, unlike virtually any banking system on earth, and yes i know, Wise is not a bank. My one bad experience was entirely my fault. Walking in the sun reflecting on my Apple screen and I sent a 4 digit amount to a recipient which was complex to retrieve. My own advise on Wise is that its simplicity is wonderful but sit down and look at what you are doing if you are making a payment :) But I was not smiling that day...

Is the wise debit card accepted in restaurants in Mexico City? Does Apple Pay using a virtual wise debit card filled with Pesos work in Mexico? If a US client’s Wise card is inserted into an ATM in Mexico City will they assume it contains USD even if the currency in the US client’s wise account was converted to pesos before the trip?

Hi, for activation of card in Singapore, only Citibank, Bank of China, Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC ATMs can support balance enquiry option. This is not very good as all 3 local banks (DBS, UOB and OCBC) don’t support your card. You might need to make it more convenient for Singapore cardholders.

Hi, I'm one of your recent Korean customer who started to use this account. Apparently, I don't find card deliveries or any service is available in my region(I did put myself on the waiting list for the cards though).
The card section within the app is just not available for me. The only options I have when on that screen is only to join the waitlist. Is there any other way I can get a physical card or just simply have a digital card?

I live in the US and activated my card in the app and set a PIN. its activated right? It's not like the other countries where I need to use it at an ATM to "activate" it before leaving to Japan in 3 days. Haha I tried contacting WISE support but no one responded back to me. I have paid the fees needed for the new card and that amount has been deducted from my account, however no payment has been shown after a day.
