I just got offered a new position as a manager and I directly attribute it to watching this video. I applied for the job but my motivation is always fast, furious, and fleeting. A few days later, this video popped up. I didn't want to watch but then I was like "maybe that's the self sabotage talking." I'm so, so glad I did. After, I was recommended a video by a different lady explaining that manifestation is not just about fantasizing about your end goal, but fantasizing about being the person who takes the steps to get there. You really helped me actually follow through (my self sabotage is most potent when I have to wake up early lol) and that other lady really helped me embrace my confidence and really exude the aura that I wanted. I applied as server and made it clear I want to move up as soon as possible and they just offered me the management position flat out. I was honestly scared they didn't even want me as a server. Your videos really do help people in tangible ways and I thought you should know! Thank you for doing your thing and please never stop ❤

Self sabotage is like the abstract devil on your shoulder telling you that you are not worthy of anything n chile it can be HARD to ignore her but I find increasing the volume of the Angel on my shoulder telling me I’m worthy n I deserve is the first step WHILST doing what brings me joy to create positive energy

I have a question! How do you know when to identify self sabotage vs just needing to give yourself a break/time to relax? Because if you push yourself too much too quickly, burnout follows too! Thank you so much for this video ♥️

I have chronic fatigue and I try to honor my low energy weeks but it’s hard to distinguish between self sabotage.

Knowing how to identify it is key otherwise you’ll get stuck in toxic hustle and grind mode. Which is exactly how I ended up with adrenal disfunction in the first place. I was a workaholic for years.

Thank you for showing me what self sabotage looked like. I honestly was falling into the im tired slope in my life… but mental exhausting myself trying to find where to gain control on “being tired” Those mental battles are definitely taxing

The gym is far becoming my happy place it helps me clear my head mentally .it really does help shift the energy amongst other benefits and yes to dancing taking long walks too and journaling

Why did you conclude that being strong, independent make you unhappy? People are the one who misconstrued that phrase. We are taught to be independent because people tend to abuse you when you are dependent on them. But we need people, men and women, friends. We are created to be relational. Men like it when a woman has something to bring to the table.

You know… this google thing (or maybe god) is scary. Cos a few days ago I was self reflecting before sleep (in my mind) and asking myself why am I self sabotaging and boom outta nowhere you appear. I know i need stop letting self sabotage get the best of me when it comes to losing weight and becoming known entertainer and influencer and life coach. I know its cause i dont feel like I can do this and I always feel i dont have enough money to make things work. So i just avoid doing things and i often make myself feel like im not worthy success. This video was helpful. Just putting little bit of my boss bitch spiritual oil on my wrist made me feel better.

This is something I'm trying to get out of the inposter syndrome, limiting belifs and procrastination. They are irritating really jnow how to bring you down. Looking at ways to get out of it. It's easier to get comfortable.
