I just watched the video on most depressing cities in Western Europe. The difference is striking. In the comments over there, everyone was screaming either "yay, my hometown made to any list at all" or "yes, it is really depressing" or "why is my hometown not on there?!?!"
Under this video, it is "This city is not depressing at all!!!111!!"

Forget Eastern Europe, there's nothing more depressing than some places in the UK.

You mean to say that the entire East Europe is not depressing?

The photo with the Dnipro is very old, take a look at the cars. Now Dnipro is one of the best cities in Ukraine and throughout Eastern Europe.

As a man from Bucharest, i am telling you Bucharest (București) is not depressing or a sad city. My opinion is that Bucharest is a really beatiful city filled with a lot of beatiful stuff including cool buildings and more.

As a citizen of Togliatti, I can say for sure, with confidence, that my city is not depressive at all. He is developing well. Of course, not a city with a million inhabitants, but nevertheless, not like Moscow, where everyone is in a hurry

As someone who lives in Zaporizhzhya, Dnipro is awesome, quite a substantial miss on this one
