Ridiculous. Literally every city in Europe has concrete apartment suburb. Not many cities have the combination of a historic downtown with nature around like Vilnius.

Still looks better and safer than NYC and LA and San Francisco. Sure the architecture isn't as nice with old soviet blocks but I bet it's 10 times safer and you can ride public transportation without fear
