Basically

Know the area formula

Divide the shape of velocity time graph into shapes where the area can be found eg triangles, rectangle, square etc

Find out area of shapes by the 2 values like velocity and time

Add the areas to find the distance

Édit - i came here again after 6 months as my math finals had come and i had forgotten how to do this lol i helped myself

For people wondering, and you may need to correct me on this sir, you do 0.8/2 which is 0.4 and you multiply that by 10 to get 4m. Also, a question for you sir would be, would the displacement be -4m then for the last bit (if the distance travelled is 4 m)
