As an Indonesian they do not force you to wear hijab, they actually never force you in every school.

In Pakistan, Valentine's Day is banned for celebrations in schools in 2017, deeming it a Western cultural influence that goes against *Islamic teachings* and values. The government aimed to promote a more conservative and religious identity, considering Valentine's Day as a "decadent" and "immoral" celebration.
So you see, that it why it is banned!

Red ink is banned in France because it's the colour that the teacher uses to correct work

As an Indian, pencil sharpeners are not banned and you can totally use them in school. Yes, it makes noise and some students even take out it's blade and play with it but it is ok to use them.

I live in the USA. Last year, people brought in Pokémon cards to trade/show in our classroom and no arguments were made.

I‘m a muslim hijabi girl who lives in Austria and hijabs are not banned perminately. Only a few school are strict but the one I go to is a really good school and hijab girls can wear whatever they want (exept a niqab).

As a Pakistani, dating isn't common at all so yeah, Valentines isn't celebrated. Only married couples do that here lol.(most don't even do that-) As in school, our teachers would just make jokes like "Who has a Valentine?" lol.
