I hated being called “innocent” also I just started high school, and yeah, it’s like everyone is getting in everyone’s pants all the And I’m just here like, I wanna hold hands and laugh.

I've had a guy do this to me when I was 15 and it left me scarred for years. He didn't get physical or took pictures (at least I think so...) He yelled my name out loud all the time in class, forced me into group projects with him, complimented me ironically and sarcastically talked down on me all the time, just anything to make me feel uncomfortable and embarassed. I think it's just as you said: I was a shy girl and he loved to see me reacting to it. He would try to provoke me to say something and when I did, he would act surprised, laugh and yell "Hey everybody, look, she's actually got a voice?!" "Uhhh, she talked to me" and shit like that. It got to the point where I didn't wanna go to school anymore because of him. I did anyway, but it I was scared of opening the classroom door every day and sometimes I would panic for minutes before silently opening the door and rushing inside. The obvious sarcasm and the intentionally noticable fake friendliness with which he talked to me really did something to my self esteem and paved the way for the trust issues and social anxiety I would develop later. I don't care what anyone says but this is psychologically damaging and therefore bullying.
