Ingredients to make my signature ice cream recipe with xanthan gum:
⚖ batch for 1.5-litre to 2-litre ice cream maker

Hello, I love your recipes. I checked your videos. You never made Ice cream with pistachio. How did you miss that? That's unbelievable. 🙂

I will follow your Base recipe and add %50 more sugar and pistachio in it.
