One of the most important things he forgot; changing Unhealthy EATING habits - cut out processed foods/sugars - stick to whole foods, vegetables, fruits and watch the oils you cook with and another HUGE one is to cut out or limit alcohol consumption.

I always thought pedicures were for “soft” men…. Until my wife got me a manicure and pedicure for my 37th birthday…..
It felt like I missed an important pleasure and reward towards myself!!! I don’t know WHY OR HOW I LET A FOOLISH ASSUMPTION cause me to deny myself a truly amazing treatment for so many years. Now I get facials, manicures and pedicures at least once a month!!!
You couldn’t see stress on me if I told you!!! Treat yourself Kings!!! You definitely deserve it!!

Good video. A video on 10 reason us OG shouldn’t skip regular doctors physical and eye examination. Glaucoma is running rampant in our culture, and when it’s diagnosed, 80-90% of the time it’s too late. You’re on the road to permanent vision lost.
