that's... disturbing. i'm not against bosy ("body, " pardon my typo!) mods, but lips aren't something to just plump up. that's a surefire route toward oronasal infection, especially since our lips are just mucous membranes that aren't equipped to handle being made larger without stimulating growth of the mucous membranes themselves; inevitably, the lip tissue will tear due to the strain from the implants. it's not even hot, it's fucking gross.
lips also need to be flexible and able to be stretched without underlying pressure (it's necessary for literally just using your mouth and speech). implanting or inflating that tissue usually doesn't affect the lips unless it's... that big, as seen in the video. i really hope that was done by a professional and those risks were taken into consideration and prevented however possible, but holy shit that's just nasty...
