If Entropy Always Increases, How Did the Sun and Molecules Form?

"Disorder" is the more simplified way to think of entropy. But the second law of thermodynamics says that systems always trend to higher and higher disorder. If this is the case, then how did the seemingly more ordered Molecules from from disordered atoms, and how did the sun form from disordered gases and particles floating in space. This video shows how entropy actually increased in both those cases!

The earth isnt a closed system, it exists within the universe and all energy is transfered within that near infinte space.
There is a balance of energy in vs energy out on our planet when you consider the sun in that context

Where there is consciousness and free will, it seems like it would be possible to give a group of people the task of doing the same amount of work to achieve either higher or lower entropy states, such as building a city full of skycrappers on an earthlike planet versus scrambling a trillion eggs. You never see eggs unscrambling, except where you have life.

Arvin, all the time when you try to understand an aggregated realm like a "star" you have to understand at first what an emergent realm is in REALITY.
A "star", like many other aggregated realms, has many different emergent levels.
Entropy is not an absolute quantity or an absolute dynamic.
The so-called "entropy" is not fundamentally what the classic theory says.
It should be understood correctly in REALITY just as a local emergent dynamic, continuous and causal, and different emergent realms can be of high or low "entropic" local states, all depending only on local conditions, on local dynamics.
All of these, as a general and unified realm, are in REALITY continuous and causal links of an infinite chain of emergent realms= the true dynamic of the Universe.
When this is wrongly understood, then the general dynamic of the Universe is wrongly understood, and wrong and idiotic "epicycled" theories about it exist.
