Entropy is the ability to do work, not a measure of disorder. Biological entropy is many different species, it increases over time, in physics it is the number of states of matter and it increases as well (big bang low entropy - big end highest entropy). The Earth consumes low entropy energy a coherent stream of photons and scatters it as high-entropy red photons (multiple levels, in all directions). Life increases entropy. I kind of think about this in a different way.

The statement that entropy of a system is always increasing is true. But it seems like there is a caveat as this happens. As entropy increases, there is a sense of order taking place at the same time within the system. But at a macro scale, the increase in entropy continues. A simple metaphor will be the Chinese Ying Yang philosophy.

Wrong. You are confused between the second law of thermodynamics for a closed system and entropy.

Entropy is what we know of a system such as to predict its future action.

Wrong. The "universe" isn't the ONLY system being described. The law is regarding a system. You need to more properly define "a system". The second law explicitly states "a system", not the universe. You need to get explain why the only system that exists in the universe is the entire universe itself.

Whats a system? Why is "the universe" the only relevant system in the 2nd law? Why are no other systems relevant? Because humans can ABSOLUTELY create a system and reduce it's entropy? Right? Or no? Humans are random, everything we do is random, therefore we cannot violate any laws of physics becsiee we are nothing more than a random collection of atoms. Right???
