Just a tip to make it easier and less painful- Use a diabetic lancet to lance the skin. Do not dig your nails on the skin and invest in pimple picker tools.

Stop applying so much pressure to get ALL of that out if that tiny hole. Make a small incision and then squeeze. This way is just going to make them worse by damaging the skin around it and making wounds that weren’t there before. It will be a lot less painful for him for you to cut a small incision then to put that much pressure on his skin. ❤
