Thank you for the informative video. So does it make sense to shift from medi classic and family optima to star comprehensive. I am asking this question in the context that presently I have one star medi classic gold for myself and star family optima for my spouse and child. These policies would come up for renewal in couple of months. So asking this question. Both my policies are more than 8 years old and I haven’t made any claim till now.

Hi gurleen, I have seen your videos and appriciate your efforts to bring more awareness regarding different health insurance policies out there. I am also been insured by star health but to my utter dismay they have managed to delay my claim for 2 and a half month so far.
