How do we have the Planner/Task schedule to show on the Teams & Outlook shared calendar? My SharePoint menu doesn't have "Add Plan to outlook" like yours.

I have found the attachment component to be a little more flexible than presented. You can add files, links and from SharePoint. It is not dependent on Power Automate and the files tab in Teams.

01.do we have to give access to see planner other then team person like my boss to see.
02. If I have existing shared calendar with team do i can share planner details there.

Great video. Once you get a task in outlook calendar and you make changes to the due date on planner, your outlook calendar does not follow the changes or sync. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi, I am curious if you managed to make a video on "business process flow" using power automate as you mentioned @6:42.

I am managing major projects with several buckets, each bucket representing each department and would love to automate tasks (move tasks) when one department finishes, it moves to the next bucket automatically. Allowing to move the tasks with description, checklist, attachments and etc..

Could you elaborate on the stuff you mentioned about the Holiday Calendar? Created a Form that pushes a request to the manager for approval, once approved it gets added as a task on planner which adds it to a public calendar!!!? HOW! Thank you!

One Question... It's is possible to add a task only for a particular date recurrently?. Same as Outlook where i can put only for friday one task?.
I check the Programme task and it's not possible to add recurrent date for a task.
