This is my solution for the so called "coming job shortage". It works like an auction process. Let's say there's only 10 jobs left for 40 people. Instead of 75% unemployment, you just give each guy 1/4 job, but same pay as a full sized job. And if the AI and the tech pays off like they claim, your job in the future might just be like 1hr per week. So basically you're living like a rich person does. The only alternative solution is UBI, which experienced catastrophic failure during the Mouse Utopia Experiment.

I understand the way people think of democracy but the actual operating mechanism behind it is that people's feelings can supersede the rule of law and the Constitution oh, this can be a very big problem because of my feelings are somehow hurt by something that is covered under the Constitution then I could technically subvert or Bypass or completely compromised that aspect of your constitutional rights come now I can achieve this realistically if I can get enough people to feel the same way oh, this is actually how democracies work they do from time to time completely subvert in part or in whole your constitutional rights based on the subjective feelings and interpretations of experiences of others oh, this is obviously dangerous right? Moreover the subversion of constitutional rights and liberties what is rule of law tends to lead towards tyranny and dictatorships. There was a remedy to that, and that is a republic, most countries were made up of republics based on the rule of law and the Constitution which did not waver from these primary rights and Liberties of the people and the sound law system the people followed. This help reducing overall soundness and stability within the social dynamics amongst people.
