Thanks to you, it'll be much easier to put them all together. And an additional thank you for always factoring in self-defence scenarios. Too often we forget that an opponent on the street might not be playing fair, and several grappling positions can leave us easily vulnerable to a knee or fist to the nuts

With the fast clamping of the thighs or a more typical high crotch grip the groin kick is not such a big danger. But good videos and positional collections for Kung fu and Karate styles, with their own deep stances as approach to wrestling and MMA like sparring.
