I still got a long way to go, but ive just dropped 38lb, from 500lb to 462lb in 18 days. I never thought it would be possible to get my weight under control again, but this is really happening.. Thank you Krissy for being an inspiration! Lets keep pushing folks! 😎💪🏾

Here we go...
1. Don't eat more calories but proper calories. (It's about the quality of the food)
2. You are not progressively overloading.
3. You need to push yourself. ( you need to feel a little bit of discomfort, change etc. )
4. You are not taking proper rest... ( deload week is necessary! )
5. You are not sticking to a program.
5.

I think my tip would be that even when you don't feel "motivated, " you gotta show up. It's a myth that motivation is ALWAYS there... It's not. Sometimes you gotta do your workout tired, or with Slight headache, or when you just don't want to. You need a plan! I've managed to lose 109 lbs and keep it off for 2 yes while building muscle because I had a plan....and even when I hit plateaus in my journey.... because I definitely just trusted the process and eventually broke through it to find gains

It took me 6 months before working out became habit and I gained the discipline. It took another 6 months for me to learn the difference between me not “feeling” like working out and me needing to take a rest day. Just got Tone and Sculpt and so far I love it!

Pressure is a privilege. That was a whole WORD. I think that applies to every area of life. Being uncomfortable is the only way you can grow.

I was feeling really guilty for not working out a full 5 days, not that I was planning on doing that but now I’m seeing that maybe my body needed it. Thank you!! ♥️♥️

You're so transparent and so real. A lot of people on social media make it seem like they lead this perfect daily routine, that nothing derails them. Your constant reassurance, reality and ability to make people the best version of themselves is incredible. I recently joined the tone and sculpt app after following you for awhile on insta. I am in week 10 of the strong program and every time I put on my oner active and hit "start workout" the confidence both have given me is priceless. It's something I could have never imagined and just need to say thank you. Thank you for the highs and the lows and always being the best you. <3

If you’re in your comfort zone, you’re not progressing. Wow needed those words

Because of you I finished my 20 weeks program on tone and sculpt. You inspired me so much and encouraged me to start this journey and I am loving it and I am developing self-love as well.
Thank you so much Krissy.

I get intimidated easily when I think about ‘til failure’ training, but you’ve broken things down so well here, it takes some of that fear away. I appreciate your well rounded approach to fitness, it makes it feel attainable and that is so valuable for women that are unsure of the whole fitness thing. Thank you!

THANK GOD finally someone said it about the RIGHT way to introduce and quality food !! I felt like the trend FIT YOUR MACROS was taking over a bit too much in the wrong way.. Love you Krissy

I worked out for 6 months consistently. The one day I decided to “take a day off” instead of my rest day, I broke my wrist. Ever since then I began working full time and doing physical therapy for my wrist and it’s been hard to get back into it. I like watching your videos because they give me more inspiration to get back into it.

Krissy, I just started t&s and it’s seriously the best feeling ever. Knowing that I am committing to the program, that I show up every day and push myself every day brings me so much happiness to my heart. I have so much love for you, you’re truly amazing. Thank you for being our trainer and inviting us into your familia! Much love, and get better soon❤️

My husband and I are working on health habits! He dropped double the weight I have (good for him). But think I need more of the push to keep going. Thanks Krissy!
