Thanx. You mean to say " they couldnt agree where it was recorded " Ive heard Richards thought it was after a Zeppelin session. Page stated it was in fact recorded at The Wick- Woodys studio. Releasing it during The Lockdown - went unnoticed by me until I stumbled across it accidentally. By now wild horses couldnt drag me away... Thanx

Probably just old age setting in on Jagger. It was a bigger deal to Page, playing with the Stones - because it was not his band. It was different, a one time thing. If Jagger had sung with Zep he would easily remember the details because it would have been different, a one time thing that would have stood out in his memory.

Danke, interessant....das war wohl eine ereignisreiche Epoche, als auch Ronnie dazu kam....der Song “Starlet“ ist mir wenig bekannt, jetzt verstehe ich, warum?!
Danke....🌻...

It wasn’t a disagreement. Jimmy told Mick where it was recorded and Mick was like, “ Jimmy remembers all of those things.”

Interesting.
I probably speak for MILLIONS when I say.... I wish they had done more collabs. Hell I wish more artists from say.... 1964 - 1980 would’ve got together more. I’ve read more than a couple of times now about a random, spontaneous jam session including the 4 original Sabbath members and 3 Zeppelin members (minus Page) that took place around 1974-76.
It had to be after Sabbaths VOL4 album because John Bonham (had apparently jammed with the Sabbath guys a handful of times) always insisted on Iommi and Geezer playing ‘Supernaut’ because Bonzo LOVED that Sabbath classic and liked playing the drums to it. I guess Bill Ward must’ve stepped aside 🍺🚬🥃
On one occasion Bonham sat down at Wards kit and played it so hard that he damaged Bills drums to some degree anyway. Apparently enough that Bill never let Bonham play his drums again after that.
I’ve read that Jimmy Page also spent time in the studio with the Stones in the mid 1980s and contributed to the RS song ‘One Hit to the Body”
It’d be so fascinating to have written documentation of each and every random Rockstar collab.
I know that Jimi Hendrix and Johnny Winter did some backstage jamming (also at some bar in the late 1960s).
Jimmy Page and Jaco Pastorius did an impromptu mid 1980s jam at some NYC bar/club one night after a FIRM concert.
Hendrix and Cream 1966-67 London club.
Hendrix and Jim Morrison supposedly.
Flea played 🎺 on stage with Nirvana in Brazil 1993. 😂
Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash in 196& recorded several of each others songs together in a studio.
Apparently Dylan and his wife & kids stayed a week or 2 at Johnny Cash’s house.
And I’m sure there’s hundreds of more examples not including awards shows and stuff like that.

I watched this video last night and I am confused. Zep left the studio except for Page, who stayed. Then later it says they were at Woods house? Why would Zep be at a studio in Wood's house?

Yeah remember that time when Jimmy Page drew his sword, Jagger his revolver and keith burned them both with a cigarette butt? Neither do we.
