Papas Arrugadas
2 lbs of small potatoes
3 oz cocerse sea salt
1. Wash the potatoes and place them in a large pot and add water to just cover them.
2. Add the salt
3. Boil the potatoes until cooked
4. When cooked, drain the water and put the pot back on the heat, stirring the pot often until the salt appears on the skin and it begins to wrinkle (see video)
Serve hot with mojo de cilantro, mojo picon or mayonnaise.

Great to eat with grilled fish and meat !
