PAPAS ARRUGADAS: Delicious tiny potatoes from the CANARY ISLANDS (with MOJO PICON & MOJO VERDE!)

Would you like to learn how to make the typical local dish "Papas Arrugadas" of the Canary Islands from a Spaniard? Then, keep on watching!
These small and wrinkly potatoes are usually served with two typical and incredibly delicious sauces (Mojo Picon and Mojo Verde) and today you are going to learn the recipe for both! :)

INGREDIENTS
• For the wrinkly potatoes:
-1,5 kg of baby potatoes
- 50 gr rock salt (can be 40 gr to make it less salty)
- half a lemon
- water

• For Mojo Picon (the red sauce):
- 2 big red roasted peppers
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 small glass of olive oil or vegetable oil

• Mojo Verde (the green sauce):
- 2 big green peppers
- A handful of parsley
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 small glass of olive oil or vegetable oil
