Should Fortnite OG Return Yearly?

For me, it would be better if instead of just og fortnite, they should bring back old LTMs. Like the heist one and 20 v 20 food wars.

IMO they should’ve just had a whole “Chapter OG” with each season representing a chapter (Season 1 = Chapter 1 etc)

I think fortnite should only stick by bringing back 3 chapters as og seasons like C1 and C2 and C3

I think they should do Chapter OG but this year they do Chapter 2, then they don't do it for a year so people will actually start feeling nostalgic-ish for Chapter 3, then bring it back and start doing it yearly.

I think they can only do chapter 1 and early chapter 2 cuz they're looked on fondly by the general community. The other chapters aren't as liked as the first and second and I feel like fortnite knows this. What's more likely is that they'll bring back chapter 1 again, but I don't think they can top the hype that the first og season brought.

The only good thing about chapter 2 OG if it’s good is that it’s only gonna be the first three seasons which means no primal season

Have you tried Rewind Royale? It's Chapter 1 only and they rotate seasons; they are in season 3 now. They got the old UI, sounds, disabled sprinting and mantling.

Later this year they will introduce the old models with the new Creative update.

Fortnite should bring back every chapter, but it has to be like this. The last season of every chapter is 1 month longer and includes a gamemode that doesent replace br, and that would make the live event at the end of the chapters be amazing

I explained this to my friend in discord so here's what I said.

"Ok, I know it's late but I wanna talk about what fortnite should do with OG seasons. We know they're going to release Fortnite Retro (Chapter 2 OG) But it's only going to have Seasons 1-3 so I think after Chapter 6 they should have a Fortnite Retro 2 with seasons 5-8 or 5, 7, and 8. Then they should wait a chapter, and then after chapter 8 release fortnite Chapter 3 OG with all the seasons. Then I think fortnite OG should end there for at least a little while. While I would like to revisit Chapter 4, I think releasing the OG seasons again and again like this will just make the nostalgia kind of die a little bit and also we would be expecting a chapter return too instead of being hyped for one. Imagine a fortnite Chapter 8 OG after Chapter 11 ends. That sounds weird right? So if they do a Chapter 4 OG, it should be in the far off future."

Imo chapter 2 OG sets a dangerous precedent that could end in us getting a freaking chapter 5 OG. C2 is not OG and doesn’t have the nostalgia factor that caused such big numbers last year, so most likely it will not do as well. And if they don’t go back to chapter 1 or make it a permanent mode then the entire concept will fall off hard

If Fortnite og chapter 3 came out it wouldn't make sense because I'm at this point in time it was only 2 years ago. The beginning of chapter 2 was 4+ years ago

honestly think there should be a separate gamemode map rotation for past maps. have it rotate every half way point of the season or 6-7 weeks so players can decide to play any chapters map in rotation or the current map

there's a map called rewind royale that does chapter 1 10x better than in fortnite og, trust me and play it you wont regret it. But with that there isn't really a reason for chapter 1 og to return IF they allow it to keep going, og graphics and everything and the models should return soon

I can’t imagine Fortnite Chapter 8 season OG chapter 5, it wouldn’t be bad I like chapter 5, but I think instead of OG seasons we should have an OG gamemode where you can go back and play any season.
