this animatic just made me realize just how much heavier inazuma’s story is compared to the others. Traveler goes through so much in inazuma .(AKA: Teppei, nearly dying TWICE, helping another load of people, stops a god from their ways of taking visions, and bc of all of this they strayed away from focusing on their sibling just to help inazuma’s people)

Seeing the Mondstadt part made me feel so nostalgic from when I first played Genshin last year. I made another account in September to play as Lumine and change all the bad game choices I made, and so seeing Mondstadt again and how nice and friendly my bestie Amber was made me feel so happy because I miss seeing Amber. We need hangout events for every 4 star, including the starters because they all make me so happy

I love how the more we the traveler progress through the story the more darker the themes gets, like monstad was us freeing a corrupted dragon, liyue was a funeral and resealing a god that was about to wipe out the city, inazuma is about a war, rebellion against it's ruler confiscation of others weapons, and sumeru might be about experimented humans, Fontaine might be about political shit which the traveler is gonna be pushed around even more, Natlan i have no idea, snezhnaya possible revolution?

How is this song about "comfort and joy" so intense?! The drama put into the verses, the escalating tension brought on by the rising sounds in the instrumentals, I'm in awe at the atmosphere it creates when paired with the visuals reminding us of the dramatic details of this story with so many catastrophes centred around deities

This was utterly powerful. I had a Christian upbringing and found myself singing along with all the lyrics, and found myself amazed at how seamlessly they fit the events and overall vibe of each arc. Like how it told the introduction of both Jesus' birth and the Stormterror crisis for Mondstadt, then became more intense in the Liyue arc (the part about the "Saviour" and how it fits both Jesus and the Traveler) and gave me actual chills at the "free all those who trust in him from Satan's power and might" playing with the DEAD EXUVIA ON-SCREEN because it still makes sense! Because in a way Liyue is being "freed" from the expectation of a possible tyrant in the future if Zhongli erodes. And don't even get me started on the Inazuma arc, the acapella with the sped-up images on screen. I might be agnostic nowadays but if anything could bring me a feeling of devotion it would be this video. This was an absolute masterpiece of an animatic and I sincerely thank you for making this.
