Well after getting one of these a month ago with the idea of using it to stream high resolution music, flac files it was amazing how simple & cheaply I did it for, & it worked for around Just £100 total.
Firstly I had around 2000 flac albums already on usb sticks & hard drive.
I side loaded the app VLC a high res player, put in a 500gb sd card the purchased a bluetooth 5.2 reciever for £50 & now stream 250 those albums to my marantz hifi with no delays or drop outs. I can honestly say it sounds very good with no issues. It is portable & can take double the memory (up to 1tb) why pay more.

LDAC, Bluetooth 5.2, Volume Control, Bluetooth 5.2, Hi-Res, AptX HD, Aptx low Latency for £50.
Integral 500gb micro xd card £40 all from Amazon.
