This didn't work for me. If you can't see unknown sources after following this tutorial, go back to Downloader, enter the URL and try to install the file again. Then you will be asked if you want to allow permissions for all your apps. Thumbs up so others can see!

If this tutorial does not work for you, there are a few things you can try.
1. If you can't see Unknown Sources, go back to Downloader, enter the URL and try to install the file again.
Then you will be asked if you want to allow permissions for all your apps.
2. If you can't see Security & Restrictions, download an app from the URL, and open it.
