For those who cant find "Security and Restrictions"

How i worked around it was to download the apk through the downloader app's browser, then I accepted installation and it automatically brought me to the "allow app installation from these applications" setting page

Thank you very much for the info. I had a question though in your opinion should I get a google tv or a fire tv. I have a Jailbroken Firestick already I used on my Roku tv but it broke so now I am looking to buy a new tv. 1 will the Firestick still work on a google tv or not 2 witch one would be the best one to get to get all the channels that works easy.
