I remember going on a night out and getting my period. I went to the tampon machine in the bar i was in and it was empty. i went to the nearest corner shop and bought a full box of tampons and went back to the bar and put over half the box next to the machine that was empty. I went back to the bar a few weeks later and noticed they were gone, hoping it helped out a few ladies who needed them.

Tampons/Period pads should've been free every restroom like period can happen anytime wherever you are, and it can be happen that you're far away from a store with it

As a woman I always keep pads and tampons in my purse and car. Cannot wait for a person to ask me for a period item and I can whip out all my options and save them the stress. Whenever I need one and don’t have it, a woman nearby typically has one and empathetically hands me one. It’s such a sweet experience for something that sometimes embarrasses me.

As a male, i find it disgusting that these things are not free in general at restaurants or public places like that, its not a luxery its a necessity. The prices need completely changing in shops too.

As a woman with a heavy flow, I have zero clue how other people can get away with a tiny piece of toilet paper. Like, I’d bleed through before ten seconds of having that 😅

I once got my period 30 minutes before a big exam, and my "private" ass school didn't have any pads, so I had to run to the pharmacy to buy a whole pack.
