Yardbird Chicken & Turkey Plucker

We do around 50 meat chickens each year and this plucker has saved us so much time! We scald them in hot water, about 155-160 degrees, to loosen the feathers. Then into the plucker they go, within 20-30 seconds a majority of the feathers are off!
