A potential divider is a nifty little circuit that lets you generate a lower voltage from a higher one by just playing around with resistances!
In this video, we look at the operation and setup of a simple potential divider circuit, and do the math to figure out how it works. Then, we move on to look at a potentiometer, understanding its innards and looking at how we can use it to build a variable potential divider!
