I love how you go straight into it mate so many channels blabbering on for 5-10 minutes about complete garbage and often times the actual content you want to see is 30 seconds long. Thanks

When your car is getting very old your engine mounts get hard/worn and end up vibrating more in the cabin.
This is why you get new rattles start to appear inside your car and end up driving you nuts haha.
Get new mounts, poly ones.
Also when you take off your mounts when say your replacing your timing belt make sure you fit the mounts exactly back in the same position with the holes aligned up between the rubber mount and the metal bracket so you can see no rubber sticking out when looking down all through the hole.
Otherwise you will get vibration due to the fact it has not gone back to its original position.
You can get some wiggle room in the hole in the metal bracket itself and in the rubber mount, so don't go thinking it all aligns up automatically when you fit it all back.

I have watched 1, 000's of hours of instructional videos on YT. In automotive space this is just about the best I've seen explaining things on a conceptual basis. Pair this with Eric the Car Guy and I believe you can get a really solid understanding of 'how a car works'. Very well done.
