What I like about these F Word demos is that it’s a perfect example of a restaurant setting. Here Gordon is even more jumpy and hyper than in his other types of videos because it’s during service. The way he dominates a conversation when a commis asks a question, the girl being unresponsive when he asks if she’s happy how it looks. The kitchen environment brings out a different side of people that might not happen anywhere else

Man, every dish Gordon makes is like a work of art. His style, techniques and knowledge about food is outstanding. I would love to learn from him but man I wouldn’t survive being his pupil. I know basic to about modern cooking but nothing that advanced.
