Oh mio dio! Sembra buonissimo! Devo proprio farlo questo risotto. Io il risotto alla zucca lo faccio pure, ma non ho mai messo la panna e di solito non lo passo ma soffrigo, aglio, cipolla, speck e zucca e poi mischio tutto insieme. But your version looks so delicious!!

i think you can use less sauce or the pumpkin if you want to make it thicker

i would probably have to do this the amateur lazy way--cook the rice first, then mix in the can of pumpkin, and sprinkle on the pumpkin spice rather than grate fresh nutmeg
