I had never eaten artichoke that I can remember, but on a recent outing with my daughter and her husband we went to a local restaurant called Kickback Jacks. They ordered the Spinach and Artichoke dip starter and OMG it was so delicious. We have both been talking about it since and I have been trying to find a recipe to try. This will be the one.
