here's my favourite snack (not a real recipe but soo good): mix tahin (best from an arabic food store!) with the same amount of maple syrup, a dash of cinnamon a pinch of salt. combine it really well until it's a homogenous creme. use as a sweet spread on toast or some other kind of bread - it's so delicious!!

You should try roasting a can of chickpeas, (rinsed) for 40 minutes at 200 Celsius then melting about 250 g of dark cocolate, mix them and adding a pinch of salt on top. Then refrigerate for about an hour and break it. And you have a delicious chickpea chocolate bark!!!

Smoothie idea: blend a frozen banana, tbsp of sweetened coconut yogurt, and a tsp of peanut butter in a blender, it’s really good!

Soak dates in hot water and blend it with nut butter (I've only tried almond yet but everything else is also fine), a big pinch of salt and the water from the dates for consistency. Serve with corncakes or use it as an oatmeal topping. It is amazing

I've been eating a lot of medjool dates recently. Melt some dark chocolate in the micro. While thats happening, split the dates, remove the stone and fill the centre with sunflower seed butter/nut butter/tahini then dip in the melted chocolate. Put in the fridge to firm up. So good!

One of my favorite snacks right now is sweet tahini spread. You make it by mixing tahini with some liquid sweetener until it comes out nice and creamy and then you can just spread it on whatever you want! I like it with rice cakes or bread sprinkled with some coconut flakes. It's good, and taste a lot like Greek halva.

One of my favourite snacks/desserts right now is just a little ramekin of vegan vanilla yogurt (the alpro one is great and affordable) with a teaspoon of raspberry jam and a teaspoon of natural peanut butter. Super simple but so yummy!!

blueberry “ice cream” recipe:
(sounds kinda weird but it’s amazing)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or other small fruit
- 1/3 cup any milk
- 2 Tbsp Coconut milk or coconut coffee creamer

Just mix all the ingredients till the milk is kinda like slush. i don’t normally mash the blueberries or anything, but i’m sure you could! it’s sooo good!!
(just binged all your videos btw😂😍)

THIS IS MY FAVOURITE SNACK EVER! here’s a single serving chocolate cookie recipe for y’all :
~ blend 3 heaping spoons of oats into a powder consistency add in baking powder around 1/2 a teaspoon
~ add in some milk (you can use any kind of vegan milk if you’re a vegan) (a little bit)
~ add in peanut or almond butter (any nut butter preferably peanut )
~ add in some honey or maple syrup to taste
~ mix it together until it comes together and knead for one minute with your hands
~ divide the mixture into 2 halves and add cocoa to the first half
~ marble them together
~ add in some chocolate chips or chocolate chunks (add A LOT)
~flatten it and bake in oven or microwave until it’s risen and slightly browner!
This is an original recipe! Enjoy ♥️ Danke!

My boyfriend, who is not vegan, got me hooked on a snack that we vegan-ified together.
Sliced cucumbers and shake in a container with garlic salt and vegan parmesan cheese...to taste.
So simple yet stupidly addictive.
