Depot cheap aluminium brackets, i used real stainless steel from roofing supply store when you put ladder on cheap ones they bend, stainless steel stays strong

A quarter inch per every 10'? I have a 30' run so it would drop 3/4" from one end to the other? Won't that be quite noticeable?

Slope in gutter is not necessary. Set the gutters level and the downspout is the lowest point and the water will drain. Gutters out of level look out of level.
