Mike, one reason I love your studies is that you go so in-depth. I've been a Christian long enough and read the Bible enough times to already have a handle on the basics. I crave the deep and challenging truths that can only be found in this kind of long-form presentation produced from countless hours of study.

And you're right that the Bible is exciting. It's one reason I eschew dramatic reenactments - especially those that add to the stories as told by God himself. If you're not crying, laughing, and cheering while you read the Word of God and the history of the world, then you're probably not as invested in the Word as you should be.
