I didn't understand why my gums were receeding. I brushed 2x a day.

I will NEVER go back to normal toothpaste after seeing how effective brushing with coconut oil is.

My husband's a plumber and he has noticed. Increase in people's sinks being clogged up because of oil, pulling, always spit out in the garbage.

You are absolutely right….. we all switched to coconut oil and our teeth and gums are very healthy. Everyone must try.

Yesss! And if you need a little more help, brush tongue with clove powder and neem powder to calm down the bacteria that breaks down the gums.

For hygiene purposes and reducing the transfer of bacteria from your mouth/toothbrush into the huge bottle of coconut oil, I suggest using a popsicle stick or a spoon to scoop the needed amount onto your toothbrush 🪥:)

She is right i also brush my teeth daily with coconut oil n it really changed my teeth it removed the black tartar around my gum teeth join n my mouth feels deep cleaned i brush with coconut oil ist for 3 min. Then with a drop of tooth paste for one minute. Thats it. No need of mouth wash liquid or going to dentist for scaling.

Awesome. You want to spit the coconut oil in trash container or outside. If you continue to spit the coconut oil down the sink, your sink will eventually clog up.

I do oil pulling, too. I regularly use coconut and sesame oil. Sesame oil has worked better than coconut oil for me. I also use mustard oil to massage my gums before bed, and it has significantly added to my oil pulling routine. I am an Indian, so everyone where I come from does this. It is an Ayurvedic practice for good oral health. Both my grand parents had all their teeth without a single problem until they passed or well into their 80s. They regularly oil pulled and used an Ayurvedic powder to brush their teeth with which I don't know if they even make it anymore with the arrival of multinationals bringing in colagte, crest, etc. But that powder was amazing. If, as kids, we ever had any tooth issues, we would be asked to brush with that powder for 3 days, and our teeth would brighten, any discomfort or pain gone, no bad breathe, and deep pink gums in just 3 days!

Do not spit coconut oil into the sink. The oil will clog your drains up.

i agree that it helps. i believe most toothpaste brands(even the healthy ones) have something inside to ruin your oral health so you end up at the dentist more often.

Absolutely Works! I have not been to DDS since 2020. Couldn't get in because of the pandemic, so took matters into my own hands and walla! Healed any, all and everything in my oral health. I became my own dentist. Works on healing cavaties too ....
