Very cute outfit but I wouldn't say it looks "expensive". Loose fitted crop top will always look casual no matter what you pair with it. Same goes for that colour denim, either opt for darker denim, or black/white/neutral, and pair with simple belt. Too much bling takes away from the "expensive" look.

If you want the "rich" look: Keep the outfit simple, match it with great, timeless accessories, and always do your make-up, hair, and nails... even if it's minimal (and you did that beautifully).

To be honest this outfit doesn’t look expensive. You can clearly see the cheap material of the blazer as well as the crop top. Focus on the material - especially with bright colors! So important!
And also bedazzled = big NO to look expensive.

My suggestions to elevate this

1. Ware a bra
2. Iron blazer
3. Your top cheapens the whole outfit, change to a lose cotton top
4. Better fitted jeans
5. Ditch the flat sandals they don't match the outfit, a simple heel sandal would look better

Thank you for your effort Ms Fay! The blazer yes! Belly out or midriff is not chic and a bra is necessary to reduce some of the jiggling. Make the jeans darker in colour and minimize the jewelley. Sparkling shoes can be funky but not necessarily chic or expensive. But... keep going!!!!

I would say "polished" instead. It's cute but not upscale or expensive. This outfit is casual in some countries.
