TBH, I can't see any significant difference between these optics, certainly not sufficient to make me insistent about one over the other! But, there is always one element of quality of every image that WILL affect my assessment of the quality of an image that has nothing to do with pixel peeping ! What do I speak of? In a few words, SUBJECT MATTER! I will always favour an interesting image over a boring one, regardless of other factors! IOW, an image of a pig's breakfast is probably always going to be what it says on the tin, i.e., a pig's breakfast, and so the pixel count is always likely to run a distant third or worse in terms of QUALITY of the work! This is my 'take' on this important issue in a manner of speakin' ! 😅
