No vegetables for me. I will stick with Dr. Ken. Strict carnivore for almost two years...Blood panels perfect, 40 pounds down, RA in remission, off all BP meds...Yep...I will stick with Dr. Ken...and the fatty beef, butter, bacon and eggs.

For example, bananas have loads of potassium. But it's not bioavailable.
Avocados have bioavailable K+.

Very interesting and many have high oxalates that is a “don’t eat me” defense mechanism…

I get sick every time i eat a green thing and i hate it because I’m a weirdo who loves vegetables 😭 thank you for helping me understand why whenever i try to get healthy i get ill instead

December 7th I will have been on a Carnivore diet for 90 days. The wife has joined in as well. I went from 240lbs to 200lbs. I look and feel like I did in my 20s and I’m 52. I admit that from all the years of eating vegetables and sugars has damaged my joints . As long as I’m moving I’m good, but if I ever stop my knees hurt and feel like they have fluid on them. Maybe it will go away with time if I stay on the right food path.

I don't eat vegetables either as they contain too many anti-nutrients, toxins, pesticides, phytotoxins, phthalates and oxalates!! Even though the cow and other ruminants ingests these items, we as humans can not access this stuff because of the ruminating animals 4 chamber digestive process. Always give thanks for God's creative glory!!❤😂🎉

Certain vegetables are good to eat but you should take the measures to reduce anti nutrients like cooking, steaming, etc.

A lot of the USDA data is also decades old. Fruits, vegetables, farming methods, soil, origin etc. have changed, there are different breeds of animals and they probably don't get the same food as in 1976

There's also the fun part where certain vegetables cost our body a lot of another mineral or vitamin for us to even try and digest.

Sadly, even a tiny spoonful of fermented veggies, especially cruciferous ones, gives me such gas, that I had to quit my yoga classes while I was trying to take it.

Basically, just about any raw veggie disagrees with me.
