1. I'm allergic to mushrooms.
2. I do use pepper when I cook.
3. No.

I have had a lot of surgeries on my ears, and I have a lot of scar tissue on/in my ears. so my taste buds are all messed up.
I use salt to be able to taste things.

I don't over use it, I just like to add a little to what I'm eating. It helps to bring out the actual flavor of the food.

I can combine most of what you said and use Lemon pepper. Nori sheets also are a good option. Seaweed snacks too. There are typically salted. But not alot

Also, adding dulse flakes is a good option. Taste salty but have amazing nutrition.

Make sure the lemon is organic and the number in the store starts with #9 to make sure it's hopefully fully organic.

Some people use dehydrated celery because celery is naturally salty. Just dry the celery in a dehydrator then use a coffee grinder to powder it. I've never tried it though.

You have to have *A LOT* of sodium daily to lead to heart disease and most research shows other factors are much more important. A diet like yours could greatly benefit from more sodium, as the foods you eat naturally have close to none.

To anyone allergic to ANY of these things just add pink salt it’s healthier then white salt or use seasonings that are salt less many i use have the flavor we tend to use salt to enhance without the salt itself

Why would someone eat less salt? Its so important to consume enough salt. Koreans consume on an average 4g of salt per day and they're so much healthier than Americans
